What is BMS?

BMS, whose full name is Building Management System, is a system that implements comprehensive management of building equipment monitoring systems and public safety systems.

The system should select and configure the following related management, control, monitoring, display, fault alarm and other functions according to the situation of building equipment: refrigeration system, thermal system, chilled water, cooling water temperature, pressure, refrigeration pump, cooling water pump, cooling tower fan, air conditioning unit, variable air volume (VAV) system, air supply and exhaust system, water supply system and sewage treatment system pump, liquid level, power supply and distribution system, lighting, elevators and escalators, etc.

When the thermal, refrigeration, air conditioning, water supply and drainage, electricity, lighting and elevator systems use their own professional monitoring systems, they should be included in the building equipment management system through the communication interface.
