TM601 PLUS Separated Type Ultrasonic Flow Meter

Introduction

 

TM601 Plus, as extend version of TM601, is easier to meet bigger pipe diameter. As the separate part of TM601, it mainly meets pipe diameter ranging from DN100 to DN250. The bigger pipe clamp is also easier to meet big pipe size and makes the measurement data more stable. The material of pipe clamp is made of aluminum alloy, adopting CNC machined proceed.

 

The basic function still keeps the same as TM601's. TM601 Plus adopted the ultrasonic priciple of transit-time difference method sends and receives ultrasonic signals through the sensor. When the ultrasonic signal is transmitted and received through the flowing liquid, there will be one difference value between upstream and downstream, which can be used to calculating flow and velocity.

 

TM601 Plus is more suitable for middlesize pipeline, like water treatment plant, municiple water supply, cooling tower, aquaculture etc. Samely, the both simple menu and easy installation are friendly to all users. No need addition parameter setting, which can allow us to know and operate easily. For pipe materials and liquids, users only need choose manually in related menu interface. In addition, regardless of who installs the meter, the results will always be satisfying. The intuitive pipe clamp design removes the work troubles from installation and ensures consitent-mounting by anyone.

Installation

1.Clean the pipe
No dirt and oil contamination outside the pipe.

 

2.Install the bracket
Align flow meter to the pipe position, Put the down bracket in place.

 

3.Install the sensor part
Put the up part into the bracket, and fasten the four screws.

 

4.Cable Connection
Attach the transmitter into the up bracket.

 

5.Operation
Connect the cable then power on and see if the SQ is more than 50.  If yes, this indicates that the measurement has been stable.
