SE603 Separate Ultrasonic Energy Flow Meter
▍Product Information
SE603 ultrasonic energy meter used widely in flow and energy measurement is based on state-of-the-art TVT technology, which fully meets the new standards for energy and environmental savings.
In particular, it allows accurate measurement of heat and cooling energy in which water is the heat transfer fluid. It is specifically adapted to the residential and industrial sectors: low-cost housing, condominiums, buildings, individual houses, factories, cities, neighbourhoods, etc.
The meter has remote reading functionalities in order to better monitor energy consumption. It allows communication according to RS485 Modbus standards.The ultrasonic technology eliminates a large part of the pressure losses, which ensures a very wide measuring range.
The advantage of ultrasonic measurement is that there are no moving parts in contact with the fluid, which gives the device a long service life.

No Pipe Modification Necessary The difficulties commonly associated with installing a new ultrasonic flow meter are eliminated by simple CLAMP-ON.This design eliminates the need to cut pipe,shut down pipe running,stop production,and reduce additional costs etc.Easy and simple installation can be achieved by a single Philips-head screw driver without any special tools. |
Energy The measurement accuracy of PT1000 temperature sensor is very high,which can reach ± 0.1 °C ,± 0.2°C,± 0.5°C and it can measurement energy through the temperature differences from temperature sensor at inlet water and outlet water. |

Hook and Snap-On The main unit(display screen)has a very special and easy installation.Method 1,just hang it by hook hole of the top and bottom on the wall or on the pipeline etc;Method 2,its back has snap-on design.It can be easily installed by just damping it on the rail in the power distribution cabinet or somewhere that can accommodate the buckle on its back.

▍Installation
1.Clean the pipe | ||
No dirt and oil contamination outside the pipe. | ||
2.Install the bracket | ||
Align flow meter to the pipe position, install screw on top part of the bracket, and then the bottom part of the bracket will automatically connect with the top part. Fasten the four M4 screws. | ||
3.Install the sensor part | ||
Remove the protection film outside the sensor, put the sensor part into the bracket, and fasten the three M4 screws. | ||
4.Cable Connection | ||
Take out the cable, and fasten it on the socket | ||
5.Operation | ||
Power on and see if the SQ is more than 50 or not. If so, this indicates that the measurement has been stable. |
