PH301 Clamp-on Ultrasonic Flow Meter With Magnetic Guide Rail
▍Introduction
PH301 is a highly accurate and non-invasive portable ultrasonic flow meter for liquid flow measurement. PH301uses the most reliable digital signal processing technology, transmitting flow measurement for a wide range of liquid and pipe size with high accuracy and reliability. It is an ideal tool for testing and validating flow.
A pair of transducer are provided for optimal performance with pipes ranging from 1” to 200” in diameter, and it works with most commonly-used and other special pipe materials. Fully equipped carrying case includes a set of complete measurement tools and the charger that can charges for built-in Li-battery, which allow users to measure when and where needed.

Simple to Set Up and Use
PH301 is easily configured through 4.3 inch TFT colorful screen and 22 touch keys. Enter a few key parameters and the display screen will display the correct transducer spacing distance.
Alphanumeric and Flow Curve Display Completes the Picture
A large, multi-function LCD presents measured data in both alphanumeric and graphic forms. Standard alphanumeric functions include flow velocity, flow, and totalized flow in either English (U.S.) or metric units. In graphic mode, the LCD shows both real time and logged data, which is very useful for reviewing data and observing trends while on the site.

▍Installation
◆ V Method
The V method is considered as the standard method. It usually gives a more accurate reading and is used on pipe diameters ranging from 25mm to 400mm (1~16”)approximately. Also,it is convenient to use, but still requires proper installation of the transducer, contact on the pipe at the pipe's centerline and equal spacing on either side of the centerline.
◆ Z Method
The V method is considered as the standard method. It usually gives a more accurate reading and is used on pipe diameters ranging from 25mm to 400mm (1~16”)approximately. Also,it is convenient to use, but still requires proper installation of the transducer, contact on the pipe at the pipe's centerline and equal spacing on either side of the centerline.
◆ N Method
With the N method, the sound waves traverse the fluid twice and bounce three times off the pipe walls. It is suitable for small pipe diameter measurement. The measurement accuracy can be improved by extending the transit distance with the N method (uncommonly used).
◆ W Method
As with the N method, the measurement accuracy can also be improved by extending the transit distance with the W method. The sound wave traverses the fluid four times and bounces four times off the pipe walls. It is suitable for very small pipe(diameters less than 50mm,2")
