TM601S Clamp-on Ultrasonic Flow Meter for Small Pipe Size
▍Introduction
We focus on the development of flow measurement technology so that our products serve realtime flow measurement in the production process. TM601S is mainly used in medical devices, Biopharmaceutical, semiconductormanufacturing,scientific research,industrialmonitoring,food and beverage production and other fields. No additional professional knowledge is required, installation and measurement can be completed according to the operating instructions.
TM601S is clamped on the pipe, and there is no need to modify the pipe correlation measurement structure, which reduces measurement instability and ensures measurement accuracy. The sensor is no direct contact with the liquid in the pipeline and will not cause pollution to the liquid. It is suitable for occasions with high requirements for hygiene and cleanliness, such as liquid flow monitoring in biopharmaceutical processes, medical equipment and semiconductor equipment production etc.

▍Installation
| 1.Clean the pipe | |
|
|
The surface of the pipe is free of dirt, paint, and debris... |
| 2.Install the sensor | |
|
|
Clamp the upper and lower shells of the sensor on the pipe and tighten the screws. |
| 3. Connect the transmitter and sensor | |
|
|
Connect the sensor to the transmitter. One end of the cable is connected to the transmitter and the other end is connected to the sensor. |
| 4. Power on and operate | |
|
|
Take out the output cable, connect the plug, and tighten the wiring at the other end of the cable. After powering on and observing,SQ stabilizing above 50 indicates that the measurement has been stable. |
